Easter Pictures

The kiddos and I were able to go home for Easter, and keeping with our tradition- they both got sick. Audrey had bronchitis and Judah had a double ear infection (which I will blame on the 5 teeth coming in at one time).

The kiddos where more interested in the ballons for Aud's party the night before instead of the baskets. Aunt Nellie Bellie wanted to see how many she could get to stick on 'Cub. :)

We were all laughing so hard!

Trying to get an Easter Morning Picture...

Judah loves Aunt Dede's pretties.

Princess Birthday Party as Meems House

Birthday's are a big deal, especially at Meems' house. She had the house decorated, cakes (yes cakes), games planned, and amazing meal prepared. The wild woman still talkes about her Princess party at Meems house and when she's going to have another. Here's a ton of pictures....

Naturally, Aud's cake needed an entourage.

THE Cinderella cake

Special plate!

haha look at that face, just a wee bit excited

On cloud 9!

Blessed with dolls from Meemaw

Uncle Tim helping get the dolls ready.

I had the idea to have a royal ball with fancy dresses and prom dresses. I have the sweetest family who were so kind to dress up!

Dancing

Taking it all in.

Judah is 10 Months!

I love to feed myself

So I have to wait until your done taking pictures before I climb the walls... hmm.

This isn't too bad

YAY!!!

The infamous "Bear Crawl" Don't mind the black and blue legs, I just like to try and climb over mega blocks.

 Yes Momma?

Weight: 25lbs

Height:
Wearing: 24 months tops, 18 months bottoms, size 4 diapers
Sleeping:
Not too much has changed here. His afternoon naps aren't as long and the time between his morning nap and afternoon nap is a little longer. He still want to be in bed by 0930 for his morning nap but now goes to sleep in the afternoon about 14-1430 for about 1-2hrs, mostly just a hour. Bedtime has gotten worse but it's not his fault- we have 5 teeth coming in at the same time, including a eye tooth... It's been rough.

Eating:
Biggie boy eats biggie food! I'm trying to use up the food I have but it's not working so well. He wants what we have and for the most part I'll give it to him. Since he has no teeth it makes things little more challenging.  Foods he's had this month: ground turkey, ground pork, ground chicken, sweet potato fries, beets, wild berries, whole wheat elbow macaroni, eggs, pasta sauce, spinach sauce, cinnamon, pumpkin, french toast, cilantro, garlic, basil, red potatoes... I know I missing some but can't remember them all.

Development:
Judahcub is so close to walking!! He stood all by himself for a few seconds a few weeks ago! He likes to hold on to things one handed and reach for me with the other. When I have both of his hands he's mainly just hops up and down squealing with delights...instead of taking steps, it's adorable. Judah has been imitating sounds a great deal more lately. He will "woof" at the dog anytime he sees her but when he does it, it sounds more like a "whooof" haha He's also trying to say jibber he already knows in different ways, like sucking in and saying "mum mum mum mum". He loves to give moochers, smack his lips when he wants to nurse- I know it's quiet the sight, he likes to giggle out of nowhere, honk you nose, blow moochers, way bye and sign "all done". I've been working with him to sign all done when he's done eating and it's bleeding over to other things. Like the other week he signed all done to me when I went in to get him out of his crib after a nap. He did it in the tub the other night too. Judahcub says "hi" "maa maa" "did" "aud" "muah" (meow) "woof"

We have 3 top teeth coming in and 2 bottom teeth coming through. I'm going to blame the double ear infection on that. Ugh. Poor baby, it's been pretty rough at night time. The wildman was 13 months when she cut her first tooth, which I believe 3 or 4 were coming in at the same time too. Her front top teeth came in first, which I think Judah eye tooth will be first then the front tops.

The wild man loves to giggle and see if he can get you to laugh too! He's so happy, all the time and can entertain himself with just about anything! Just like his sister he loves to empty out the TV cabinet and look at the DVD cases. He'll do that a couple times a day and it never gets old. He loves to look at books and empties the bookshelf out a few times a day too :). Aud got dolls for her birthday and he likes to get ahold of those as well. Her doll house and pieces to it are a huge source of entertainment. Anything that makes noise, or he can climb on, can chew on, is pretty much his favorite too. My pantry has provided hours of fun with the onions, juice boxes, cracker boxes, and potatoes.

The Wild Woman is 3!!!

Birthdays are the best, and I have my Momma to thank for instilling a love for Birthdays! For the wildwoman's third birthday I covered her floor with balloons, put streamers on her door frame, and decorated the dining room. You'd never think that balloons could bring a child such joy :) This was her party with Momma, Daddy, and Judahcab. She has two other parties waiting for her when we head home.

A dollar wand also brings much joy in this house :)

Ballons Daddy got for her

3!

On her birthday (and for 2 days after) we put candles in out breakfast, lunch, dinner and sang "Happy Birthday". It was Audrey's day so she got to pick everything. Panacakies for breakfast, Daddy's creation "Chiggers in the Sand" (a banana with a layer peanut butter then rainbow sprinkles ontop), and Pizza for dinner.

Opening gifts! Oma took present wrapping to a new level!

I can't believe you are three wild woman, and yes- I will be saying that for the remander of your life at every birthday. Just wait until you have babies, you'll understand then :) What a crazy year it's been sweetheart! You've now been in the United States for a whole year! You weren't too sure at first, but it's growing on you. Being so close to your big family has sure helped!! You still tell Momma and Daddy to take you back to Germany all the time. Someday soon pretty girl, we'll be going back for a long visit.

It's been a big year for you! You did awesome being moved all over the East coast, staying in different houses, hotels, and TLF's. You still are a better traveler than Momma and way more flexible. When Judahcub was born, you became this tiny tower of strength and encouragement to me. I know that might sound a little silly, a Momma telling her 3yr that but that's okay. I will make sure you know just how much that did for me, when I was at my lowest. The countless trips to Philly before and after Judah was born, you never once fussed- you were soooo excited. We would come to the Delaware bridge and you would yell (still do) "OH NO, THE DELAWARE!!!!!!!! You couldn't wait to see him and would yell in the car over and over"Don't worry Judahcub, we're coming to hold you" I'd cry every time. Every time.  When I got sick while Judah was in the hospital and had to stay home at night while Daddy stayed with 'Cub, you would sleep with me. I had to get up every two hours and pump through the night and at least 2 times each night, you would get ou of bed, stumble into the bathroom and tell me you wanted to help me. You have one of the biggest hearts baby doll and I am honored that you are my daughter.

Not once have you been jealous of Judahcub, in fact when Momma and Daddy have something planned just for you, you always correct us and say "Don't forget about my 'Cub". Sometimes you and Judah have some words over a toy or you love on him a little too much. You are the best big sister my wild woman, and he adores you to the moon and back.

I thank God each and every day that He chose me, ME to be your Momma.
I'm flawed little one, and I'm going to make mistakes. But, know that I love you with every fiber of my being and more and there will be nothing that could happen or that you could do to change that. Nothing. I am a Momma Bear and you are my cub. Your safety, well being, health, and knowledge of Jesus is the most important thing to me and your Daddy. So many things change when God blesses and gives you the responsibility of the most precious gift in the world. Not everyone understands or agrees with those changes my love, but that doesn't matter.

We love you so much Wild Woman and we are sooo excited to see what this year holds!!
